Our business networking groups and online mastermind peer groups are carefully tailored to members’ profiles, ensuring adequate input from professionals who match your level of management and discipline and avoids accidental placement with a group of competitors or significant customers in our business network.
Circle of Trust
Your personal online mastermind peer group of 10 represents a confidential forum where you can discuss all ideas and challenges with peers at your own professional level. To ensure confidentiality, no competitors or significant customer relationships are permitted in the same business network.
Professional Facilitation
All our peer groups are managed by a professional and experienced Chair, who facilitates and mentors the peer groups, ensures output both at and between meetings, and focuses on your professional and managerial development.
Veto Process
All existing members have veto rights on any new members applying to join their group. Your acceptance to a group is not guaranteed. We don't allow competitors or significant business relationships in the same mastermind group unless approved by the group.
Monthly Group Meetings
Online Mastermind group meetings are held monthly. Ad-hoc group meetings are held to deal with extraordinary circumstances like COVID - 19 and other business development service that influences the business landscape.
Typical Meeting Design
Duration: 90 - 120 minutes. Each meeting consist of a check-in, address by a subject matter expert if required, topic discussion, challenges of the day, closeout and next meeting's topic. All meetings are held virtually on Zoom or MS Teams.

Our four CEO groups are as diverse in culture as our members are. Where one group is concentrating on operational challenges, the other group is purely discussing business strategy. Effective leadership and creating a better organisation is the top priority for group number three. Group number four has no agenda and discuss topics from macroeconomics to the latest business news and building a learning organisational culture.
Chief Finance Officer
Representing a wide range of industries the discussions are diverse. Strategy, operations, company culture and governance and compliance are some of the topics regularly discussed in the meetings.
Chief Information Officer
A very strong group operational speaking. The role of the CIO is expanding at a rapid rate with all the technological advances with the added complexity of increasing compliance. Practical advice based on experience is what makes this group great.
Chief HR Officer
This group looks after each other, sharing humbly and sympathetically from operations to strategy and culture.
